What are Australia's chances of hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2022

Australia along with countries, USA, Qatar, South Korea, Japan, England, Russia with Belgium and Netherlands in a joint bid as well as Spain and Portugal having a joint bid. Australia has a very good chance of hosting the world cup because:
Australia is a developing football country.
Australia has never hosted the world cup.
Australia can open Football in Oceania.
Australia is in the Asia football Confederation and there is a lot of wealth.
Australia has world class stadiums.
Australia has many hotels, airports and infrastructure to host the world cup.
All the European countries and USA are also bidding for the 2018 world cup and a European country is almost gaurenteed for it which leaves all the other European countries inelidgable for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Australia is one of the front runners to host the world cup with a bid team of Frank Lowy the owner of Westfield group and FFA board members.
